A fast-growing independent multi-family office for U/HNWIs headed by one of the prominent local top managers is expanding and looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join its investment team.
Primary responsibilities:
Extensive financial modelling with minimum or no supervision
Coverage of clients’ investment portfolios assuming substantial responsibilities related to portfolio management and reporting
Research on various investment themes, markets / industries and companies as well as client-specific inquiries
Preparation of analytical reports, presentations and marketing materials
Analysis of new investment opportunities
Participation in the full transaction cycle (buy-side M&A, PE/VC, special sits)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field from a reputable university. CFA participation / designation is a plus.
2+ years of relevant work experience within financial services (IB, PE/VC, Big4 (corporate finance), in-house M&A / corporate development departments, investment firms & family offices)
Solid financial modelling skills and proficiency in analyzing complex financial data
Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation
Fluent English
