We invest in B2B technology and industrial businesses from Series A through Growth Equity and later-stage rounds. Our pipeline includes 50+ active opportunities at different stages, giving the team exposure to a wide range of high-quality deals across multiple industries.

We are looking for a Junior Analyst / Analyst who will have the opportunity to work alongside the senior team on high-impact investments across a range of industries and participate in the full investment cycle.

Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Big4, Valuation, Strategy, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
Advanced financial modeling skills and a strong knowledge of corporate finance
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level (fast and accurate outputs; strong structuring and presentation skills)
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
Fluent English (spoken & written) – will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

Deal screening and research: markets, competitive landscape, business models, investment rationale
Preparation of investment materials (IC decks, memos, analytical notes) and financial models
Support due diligence processes: data requests, analysis of findings, coordination with advisors where relevant
Execution support: analytics for deal terms, structuring considerations, and negotiation materials
Portfolio support: KPI tracking, performance analytics, and support of value creation initiatives
