Proxima Capital Group is a Moscow based independent investment firm that focuses on providing complex financial solutions, acting as both a principal and an adviser. We are a team of professionals experienced in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance and law.
We are looking for an experienced associate whose main responsibilities will be:
· Active involvement in execution of corporate finance transactions including M&A, private placements and debt restructuring
· Financial modelling and valuation
· Drafting of marketing materials (pitchbooks, teasers and information memorandums)
Key requirements:
· 3-5 year experience with strong background in investment banking / consulting
· Track record in executing M&A transactions
· Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Stable and proactive team player
· Ability to work long hours under pressure
· Fluent English and Russian
