Principal responsibilities: · Gathering data for company and industry analysis; · Drafting of analytical presentations for the meetings, preparation of info memos and other materials; · Participation in drafting transactional documents; · Participation in due diligence process; · Support for presentation or transactional document translation; · Support for deal preparation and execution process;
Competencies and Qualifications: · Bachelor or master degree in economics or finance of the following universities: Higher School of Economics, Moscow State University, New Economic School, Moscow State Institute for International Relations, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Financial University, western universities; · Summer internship experience in solid PE funds / leading Western and Russian investment banks / M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4; · Fluent oral and written English or Chinese is a must (including financial and business); · Basic knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis; · Understanding IFRS and RAS; · Fluent user of Microsoft Office and analytical databases; · Solid quantitative and reasoning skills; · Willingness to learn and develop across wide range of products and tasks; · Ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects and long hours; · Strong interpersonal and communicative skills;
Hours and Compensation: · Minimum available working hour per week is 30 · Monthly compensation is 30k ruble
