Roles and responsibilities:
• Potential targets pipeline analysis via industry deep dive and business model complementarity
• Preparation of financial analysis, valuation models and presentation materials
• Participation in various facets of M&A and non-equity commercial deals and projects
Skills and competencies required:
• Top university with Economics/Finance/Math major – BA (finished) / MA student or recent graduate
• Strong academic record with a high numerical, verbal, and analytical competence
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience within PE / In-house M&A / IB / BIG-4 (valuation)
• Strong valuation and corporate finance skills
• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure;
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
