Investment Analyst / Senior Investment Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support for senior team members on origination and execution of corporate finance transactions, including preparing analysis and valuation of the set M&A targets (companies, real estate) and investment projects of portfolio companies;

• Participation in direct interactions with targets on detailed, day-to-day aspects of a transaction. Communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants and other counterparties;

• Preparation of marketing and presentation materials, analysis of trends in various industries.
  

Requirements:

• Degree from a leading Russian or international university;

• CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus;

• 2+ years of experience in IB, PE, Corporate development;

• Basic understanding of M&A aspects, work experience with transactional documents (SHA, SPA, Term Sheets);

• Solid quantitative, analytical, communication, financial modelling and valuation skills. Ability to comfortably interact with internal and external counterparties in a professional and mature manner;

• Strong level of motivation and ability to work effectively within a team;

• Al least upper-intermediate English level.
