As a part of Yandex.Taxi’s Investment Team you will be at the forefront of the company’s IPO preparation initiative, contributing to products that are useful and visible. Team members define future development of the company’s investment function.
You are perfect meet for us if you have:
excellent top university background with Economics/Finance/Math degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in investment bank, private equity, valuation / M&A / investment department, the Big Four
strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
Your responsibilities:
long-term modelling and valuation
preparation of materials for Board Members and Management
new initiatives’ investment analysis
abroad markets’ financial analysis and strategy
competition / market dynamics analysis
support with IPO-related projects
M&A/IR functions support
