Responsibilities:
Projects pipeline generation for mentoring support in capital raising and business development
Markets and technological trends analysis
Consulting on the value proposition for investors: customer development, market sizing, go-to-market strategy, etc.
Support senior colleagues within sell-side/strategy consulting process
Build relationships within the venture capital market, network with institutional investors and business angels
Support startups during the negotiations with investors
Ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Experience as an intern in VC/PE/Corporate fund/management consulting/Corp. fin is a plus
Ability to quickly navigate in various industries, assess the startups perspectives, strengths and weaknesses
Desire for improving your financial (analysis, modeling, docs preparation, etc.) skills and experience
Fluent English
