Responsibilities:
• Work on M&A transactions as a part of sell-side advisory team;
• Building financial models;
• Market research;
• Preparation of presentation materials
Requirements:
• Student or recent graduate with high GPA from top-tier university;
• Confident knowledge of approaches and methods of valuation is mandatory;
• Experience in building financial models;
• English (at least Upper Intermediate level);
• Experienced MS Office user (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Developed written and oral communication skills;
• Critical thinking, ability and desire to work intensively;
• Ability to work full-time
