Moscow Office of Fosun Group is Looking for an Intern.
The intern will mainly focus on analysing Fixed Income (Eurobonds) instruments with Ad hoc exposure to Private Equity projects.
Fosun is a Chinese investment company focusing on pharma, healthcare, insurance, tourism, and leisure assets. Fosun opened its Moscow office in 2015 and completed several transactions, namely, acquisition of Class A business centre “Voentorg”, agriculture marketplace “Prod.Center”. On the FI front, the assets under management (AUM) increased to over USD640mn.
Responsibilities:
Fundamental analysis of the selected companies across EM (emerging markets) – company’s future cash flows forecast, evaluation of its business strength, position in the overall industry, and risks. By the end of the internship, the intern will present at least one complete financial model as part of the fully-fledged presentation on IC (investment committee) with the recommendation.
Analysis of the industries – full review of the supply/demand, pricing trends, key players and major disruptions, and triggers and risks.
