Principal responsibilities:
Support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process
Drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials
Gathering data for company and industry analysis
Preparation of financial models and business valuation, fundamental analysis of potential investments
Communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants, clients and other counterparties
Preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties

Financial modelling, valuation, quantitative and reasoning skills
Ability to maintain high standard of work while working on multiple projects
Qualifications:
Recent graduate with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of mathematics, physics and/or economics (MSU, HSE, NES, MIPT, Bauman MSTU)
Work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex BIG4 is an advantage
Critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player
Advanced user of Microsoft Office
Fluent oral and written English is a must (including financial and business English)
Passed CFA levels is a plus
