Job scope:
Participation in fundraising, M&A and restructuring deals for Palta and product companies
Preparation of marketing materials, pitches, decks and reports for investors
Preparation of strategic advisory materials for the board of directors
Assisting the finance department with financial modelling and valuation
Job requirements:
1-2 years of experience in VC, IB, PE or strategic consulting
Great understanding of corporate finance
Outstanding presentation drafting skills
Proficiency with excel and financial modelling
Fluent English
