We seek highly analytical and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to Yandex's success through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and non-organic growth initiatives as a part of our Corporate Development and M&A team.
You will:
Analyze and structure potential acquisitions: Identify and evaluate targets that align with Yandex's strategic objectives, conducting thorough due diligence and financial modeling.
Develop strategic partnerships: Collaborate with business units (predominantly, C-suite) to identify and pursue partnerships that enhance Yandex's market position and capabilities.
Explore non-organic growth opportunities: Work with cross-functional teams to research and evaluate alternative growth strategies beyond traditional M&A.
You will excel if you possess:
Strong analytical skills: Ability to dissect complex data and draw insightful conclusions.
Financial modeling expertise: Proficient in building and using financial models for deal evaluation and valuation.
Strategic thinking: A keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university.
1-3 years of previous experience in M&A, PE/VC, investment banking, or corporate development.
