We are looking for an experienced associate, a new team member
Key responsibilities:
- Sell-side/Buy-side M&A transactions support in the Russian Federation;
- Preparation of high-quality complex information packages for clients and counterparties (pitches, memos, financial models, valuations, etc.);
- Coordination and supervision of analysts
- Interaction with senior team/partners/client representatives on day-to-day aspects of transaction
- Communication with other advisers (legal/DD teams, etc.)
- Operational transaction support (working with investors, DD, structuring)
Requirements for candidates/duties:
- Work experience from 3-4 years in IB/PE/M&A
- Deep understanding of M&A processes from origination to closing
- Ability to work fast on several projects at different stages at the same time;
- Strong analytical, corporate finance (modelling, valuation) and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- CFA/PhD or similar degree is a plus
- Pro-active and result-oriented
The team actually closes the deals not being bound by the traditional bureaucracy and limits of large corporations.
In a year or two of working in a company, you can get more practical experience than in several years in a large investment bank or fund.
And most importantly: real participation in the bonus pool of all project participants. No need to wait for the end of the year and the release of corporate reports to find out your bonus.
