The leading Russian bank is planning to expand its M&A advisory team and is looking to hire an Associate to their Investment Banking division to support their senior colleagues in the execution of M&A and private placement transactions.
Associates will be mainly responsible for the execution of the transactions as well as assisting senior bankers with transaction origination
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, advisory boutique or Big-4 Corporate finance teams
Outstanding modelling and technical skills
Superior knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Fluency in Russian and English
Highly motivated, ambitious and intellectually curious, enthusiastic team player, result oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day transaction execution and project management
Financial analysis, valuation and modelling
Preparation of transaction as well as marketing materials
Communication with clients on day-to-day execution matters
