Tasks that await you
Analyzing and structuring potential acquisitions by identifying and evaluating targets that align with Yandex's strategic objectives, and conducting due diligence and financial modeling
Developing strategic partnerships in collaboration with business units (predominantly, C-suite) to identify and pursue partnerships that enhance Yandex's market position and capabilities
Exploring non-organic growth opportunities with cross-functional teams, as well as researching and evaluating alternative growth strategies beyond traditional M&A
We expect that you
Have strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect complex data and draw insightful conclusions
Are an expert in financial modeling and proficient in building and using financial models for deal evaluation and valuation
Think strategically and have a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization
Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top-tier university
Have 3+ years of previous experience in M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC), investment banking, or corporate development
