Key responsibilities of the role:
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Preparation of presentation materials (proposals, teasers)
- Participation in development of deal structure and drafting term sheets
- Coordination of third-party consultants (DD, legal advisors etc.)
- Direct communication with the clients on various matters related to the execution of transactions
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university (HSE, MSU, NES, MIPT, NSU, FA etc.)
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience (primarily within PE, IB, Big4 corporate finance, leveraged finance, etc.)
- Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid financial modelling skills
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Participation in CFA program as a plus
