Job Title: Analyst, Investment Manager

The Position
Alternative Capital Investment manager is a key position in Alternative capital business Asset Management Company.
Investment manager’s role assumes the following responsibilities:
Structure new investment products (including international pre-IPO deals)
Participate in fund raising
Search and help to execute new investments
Seeking exit opportunities and their execution
Projects’ presentations to Investment and Risk Committees
Principal Responsibilities
Help to launch new investment products, including international pre-IPO deals
Investment manager needs to continuously monitor and track the situation of portfolio
companies, look for exit opportunities.
He/she needs to continuously develop his/her own professional and personal skills. Be able to communicate effectively with team members as well as all other business stakeholders and investors.
Key Competencies
This position requires special knowledge of structuring similar products (international pre-IPO deals), VC/PE business, understanding of key “new economy” sectors (IT, fintech,
legaltech, transport tech, edutech, cybersecurity, marketing tech, other)
Strong analytical and financial, presentation, excellent communication skills
Excellent writing and verbal skills, both in Russian and English
