Responsibilities
· Preparation and execution of M&A transactions, organization of project finance
· Participation in the negotiation process at all stages of the project
· Preparation of various marketing materials (teaser, management presentation / information memorandum) and financial models
· Market analysis and search for investment opportunities
· Assisting clients to make prudent decisions in relation to capital structure and potential M&A opportunities
· Financial modelling and valuation
· Assisting in comprehensive due diligence procedures
Job requirements
· MSU, HSE, NES, MIPT degree candidates have an advantage
· Strong analytical skills and ability to learn
· Deep understanding of valuation and corporate finance principles
· Advanced written and oral communication and presentation skills in English
· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Able to maintain high-performance standards despite tight deadlines
· 1-2 years of the relevant experience
