Position requirements:
Top university graduate (HSE, MSU, MIPT, etc.);
3-6 years of relevant work experience (primarily within PE/VC, IB, Big4 corporate finance, etc.);
Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation;
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
Solid financial modelling skills;
Fluent English, both verbal and written;
CFA as an advantage;
Functional responsibilities:
Extensive financial modeling to support potential investment decisions;
Preparation of presentation materials (executive summaries, teasers, etc.) and deal documents (TS, SPA, etc.), transactions structuring;
Participation in the portfolio companies key processes, including finance/strategy/corporate governance;
Coordination of the third-party consultants during the valuation and DD engagements;
Ad-hoc tasks.
