Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in economics (preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO) • 2+ years of work experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Valuation / etc. • Fluent English (spoken & written) • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word at an advanced level • Advanced financial modeling skills Functional responsibilities: • Preparation of investment teasers, information memos, and financial models
• Search for potential buyers and investors, as well as acquisition targets
• Support of Due Diligence processes
• Industry research
• Interaction with senior team members and clients on day-to-day matters of transactions
