About the Bank and the Group
• Credit Bank of Moscow is the second-biggest private bank in Russia (after Alfa-Bank) and is the financial center of a large private investment holding (Region-Rossium).
• PF-PESS is a specialized group of qualified professionals with investment banking, private equity or Big4 background working to analyze, structure and execute complex and unconventional financing, including non-recourse project finance, mezzanine, LBO and public-private partnership. The Group provides support to the Bank as well as the companies of the holding in their strategic decision making and deal execution.
Responsibilities
• Analyze, build and develop complex financial models
• Contribute to the analysis of investment projects
• Critical assessment of projections, scenario analysis
• Data research, industry and competitive analysis
• Master the Bank’s credit process and internal interface
Requirements
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience (primarily within IB / PE / Big4 corporate finance or business valuation group)
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation
• BSc from a leading university
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Availability to work full-time
• Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal · CFA L1 certificate is an advantage
