Professional Logistics Technologies (PLT) was established in 2016 by a number of leading Russian and Middle East sovereign investment funds, as an industrial real estate investment and development company.
Over the past 3 years the Company has rapidly grown to become top 5 industry player. PLT owns 6 operating properties in Russia. In addition, the company has some land bank for future development. PLT’s strategic objective is to continue investing capital in order to triple portfolio size in the coming few years.
We are looking for a highly organized and energetic individual with strong analytical and communication skills to support investment activities (M&A and land development). The successful candidate will get immediate exposure to M&A deals. Position requires close involvement in each stage of valuation, due diligence and deal execution process.
Responsibilities:
• supporting all steps in the acquisition of real estate assets from pricing to closing;
• performing full valuation analysis (primarily DCF);
• performing industry and company research through gathering public information;
• preparation of presentations, pitch books, info memos and other documents;
• preparation of industry news overview;
• execution of other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real estate, Economics, Finance or Mathematics from a top tier University;
• minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate / Valuation / M&A / Corporate Finance;
• analytical and financial modelling skills;
• interest to commercial real estate market;
• good writing and verbal skills, both in Russian and English;
• ability to work under time pressure.
