ATON Corporate Finance provides a fully-fledged offering amalgamating insights across M&A, ECM, DCM, Corporate Restructurings and Special Situations.
We are looking to enhance our team with an Intern who is going to:
Assist the team in executing M&A, ECM, DCM transactions, Corporate Reorganizations and Special Situations;
Analyze companies and industries, gather and structure information;
Build financial models and value companies;
Prepare marketing materials, pitchbooks and presentations;
Assist the team in day-to-day tasks like due diligence, structuring transactions, and preparing transaction documents.
We expect from candidates to have:
Higher education in economics or mathematics;
Strong knowledge of corporate finance and business valuation;
High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Russian);
Analytical skills, attention to detail, stress resistance, communication skills;
High level of motivation, interest in finance and investment banking transactions.
