Key responsibilities of the role:
− Financial modeling and valuation
− Preparation of presentation materials (proposals, teasers, investment memoranda)
− Participation in development of deal structure and drafting term sheets
− Coordination of third-party consultants (DD, legal advisors etc.)
− Direct communication with the clients on various matters related to the execution of transactions
Position requirements:
− Bachelor’s degree from a leading Russian or international university (HSE, MSU, NES, MIPT, NSU, FA etc.)
− 2-4 years of relevant work experience (primarily within PE/VC, IB, Big4 corporate finance, etc.)
− Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
− Solid financial modelling skills
− Fluent verbal and written English
− Participation in CFA program as a plus
