We are looking for a senior analyst / associate (remote, full time) for a new venture fund Golden Falcon Capital (https://falconcapital.vc/).
Golden Falcon Capital is a dynamic investment firm based in the US, boasting a $100M VC fund that swiftly commits up to $5M in to late stage ventures across the US, Israel, and emerging markets. The fund's strategy implies investments in fast-growing leaders of the venture capital market with a liquidity horizon of 2-4 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and screen potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and other strategies.
Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and assessment of market trends, competitive landscape, and management teams.
Work closely with senior team members on deal execution, including negotiation, structuring, and closing of investments.
Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, providing analytical support for operational improvements and growth strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, other investors, and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Economics. ICEF alumni preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated passion for technology and startups.
Strong spoken English
