Reporting To: Head of Family Office / Investment Director
Overview:
A prominent Russian family office with a strategic focus on industrial assets seeks a highly motivated and experienced M&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in targeted industries through independent research and networking and/or in close collaboration with portfolio companies.
Independently develop financial models and analyses for investment evaluation, including projections, valuations, and risk assessments.
Conduct thorough due diligence, leveraging external advisors as necessary.
Lead deal negotiations and structuring, ensuring optimal terms and strategic alignment.
Stay informed on market trends through proactive research; evaluate the impact of such trends on portfolio companies and potential targets.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant M&A, investment banking, private equity, or family office experience, with a proven track record in independent project management.
Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration. Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA) are preferred.
Exceptional financial modeling, analysis and valuation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with family members and external partners.
Proficiency in English is required.
