Responsibilities:
Industry and company research
Russian public companies portfolio analysis: investment theses, weekly changes, analysis of financial statements
Analysis of management accounts, financial forecasts and other materials of PE/VC portfolio companies, interaction with their management teams
Preparation of presentation materials (executive summaries, investment memos etc.)
Participation in screening of investment opportunities (public equity & debt, PE, VC)
Business valuation
Financial modeling
Participation in transactions, financial due diligence
Requirements:
University degree in finance or economics. High academic performance is a plus
Excellent knowledge of accounting (RAS, IFRS) and corporate finance
2+ years of experience in Big 4 (financial DD, business valuation, audit), PE, VC or corporate development
Strong financial modeling and business valuation skills
Passed CFA levels / ACCA papers are a plus
Good level of proficiency in English
