FSK (Investment Holding with positive track record and solid portfolio diversification, primary in Real Estate, TMT and Manufacturing sector) is looking for an Investment Analyst to join our Team.
The position offers unique opportunity and experience in building a leading investment company with multi-industry expertise and involvement in different M&A, capital investment, and infrastructure projects.
As an Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive investment and industry experience, helping our beneficiary solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development of new financial models, valuation, and scenario/stress analysis as directed by the CIO
Participation in direct interactions with targets and other counterparties on detailed, day-to-day aspects
of M&A transactions and other Investment Projects
Preparation of financial analysis and executive summaries for internal investment committees and
management sessions
Reporting on topics such as general economic and industry-specific developments and trends
Building relationships with relevant sell-side analysts, salespeople, and research associates
Interacting in investment program development with portfolio companies
Business development streams and critical review of new opportunities
Requirements:
Degree from a leading Russian university
Deep knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, and valuation approaches
1-3 years of experience in IB, PE, Equity Research, Hedge Fund, Investment Management, or relevant
Real Estate industry role
Experience of post-merger integration or pre-deal separation projects will be your strong advantage
Ability to comfortably interact with internal and external counterparties in a professional and mature
manner
CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
