Now we are looking for a CFO who will lead the strategic function in the field of finance and will be a reliable support for the CEO in managing the company's finances.

Functional responsibilities:
Preparation of financial, tax and consolidated management reports for international companies (UK/Cypriot/UAE)
Calculation and payment of salaries
Preparation of budgets and financial models
Opening and maintaining bank and payment processing accounts, managing relationships with the banks and other financial institutes
Leading the process of registration of new and maintenance of existing legal entities (together with external Consultants)
Assistance with other financial and taxation needs for the team
Candidate requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience at the audit department of the Big Five - EY, PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, BDO
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Will be a plus:
knowledge of Russia/UK/Cypriot/UAE tax and accounting matters
experience in budgeting processes, preparation of financial models ( preferably for IT companies)
CFA/ACCA certificates
understanding for basics legal principles and clauses in agreements
experience in implementation on financial procedures within company
Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proactivity, self-motivation and leadership
