VTB Bank is looking for an analyst for the Credit, Leveraged Finance and Investments department for financial institutions, telecom and transportation companies desk.
Position requires close involvement in each stage of due diligence and deal execution process. Main day-to-day responsibilities include:
assisting colleagues in completion and delivery of credit analysis (including financial modeling, preparation of credit memos, market analysis, client interviewing)
preparation of term sheets, facility agreements and full set of documents necessary for internal credit processes
deals pricing, structuring, presentation at committee and execution
project team communication
management of subsidiary companies’ deals
Requirements:
>1 year of relevant work experience in corporate finance area (Big 4 valuation or other firms that prepare investment analysis of companies)
previous experience in financial modeling and investment analysis is a must
pro-active attitude with an ability to manage multiple projects (even under pressure)
strong interpersonal skills and an ability to operate in unstructured environment are also a must
confident writing and verbal skills both in Russian and English
transaction experience is desirable (investing, not just consulting)
